Happy Day Friday!

Friday was a really good day.  Unusually good.  Very little fussing or complaining or "picking" happened.  Plus, the sun was shining and it was several degrees warmer :).    I had my quiet time, school started at a good time, the children helped each other prepare for school and do some of their chores, we took a walk before lunch...at one point I asked them to pinch me to see if I was dreaming!! The interesting thing is that we had plans for this day that all got cancelled for various reasons.  I feel that God let our day change in ways out of our control to remind us that a routine is good and that there is happiness in serving each other with a happy spirit :).

Rebekah taught Benjamin how to play Cootie.  They had so much fun together.  He likes it when his big sis tries to teach him new things (most of the time :).
