Summer

So far this summer I have been busy working on cleaning out the schoolroom. What a disaster area it has become! I told my husband a couple of weeks ago that when I taught in the schools, we had teacher workdays (WITHOUT the students :) to clean out our rooms...this is so much tougher because my teacher workdays have 4 children, with one of them being a toddler. There is so much starting and stopping that I am going nuts! My goal is to have all of the kids' work filed and organized and report cards (yes, I am a little nerdy and do report cards :) finished by the end of June so that in July I can plan for next year and scrapbook. Then, when early August comes, I can go on and start teaching. Whew! And somewhere in all of that, potty train a 2 1/2 year old, move him out of the nursery into a toddler bed and get the nursery ready for baby #5!! I think I am crazy!

On a less stressful note, a dear friend of mine and I are doing the Beth Moore challenge and studying the "No Other Gods" by Kelly Minter Bible Study this summer. We are only meeting 5 times. It does not seem to be as in-depth as Beth Moore studies, but still really good just the same.

Well, for my first post back in a while, this one was not terribly exciting! Sorry, for anyone reading if I put you to sleep :).
