I'm Back! August Verse Challenge

I cannot believe how long it has been since I last posted. Obviously, our summer has flown by! I am going to post the current verse I am learning and later will try to catch up on the others. I had wanted to post regularly the ones I have been learning, but have been a bit negligent!

Philippians 1:9 ESV

"And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment"

I want my love for my children and husband to grow so that I can try to love them with the love at Christ at all times. I need knowledge and discernment, especially when dealing with our children! There are situations that come up that feel so way out of my league. I want to love them the way that Christ loves me.

Great verse!! This is a goal I am working very hard on also~ To love my family with the love as Christ at all times! Sometimes it is the most difficult to show that kind of love to those that are closest to you (at least for me), this baffles me because it should be the easiest! But I will keep trying!
