Today is a crazy, crazy day!
Today's very busy agenda:
Pick up clothes from recent consignment sale, along with a check :)
Take my mom to an auto shop to leave her car and have two tires put on her car
Eat lunch
Take boys to piano, leave one with a friend who will take him to public speaking class
Take mom and rest of kids to ranch for first day back since Fall!!
Pick up son from public speaking
Pick up mom's car with two new tires on
Somehow, somewhere some dinner will be eaten
Make a roast and brownies for dear friend whose brother in law just died
Collapse into bed!
Lord, This day is very little how I planned it would be. I know that you will still be with us even though we will be in the car most of the day. Please let this be a day where my children & I learn to joyfully help others, even if it may not seem "convenient" to us. I know that serving you is not about my own selfishness and convenience.
