Day 15

Today started cold and ended a little warmer :). We left Jackson Hole, Wyoming and drove through the Tetons and then Yellowstone for the first time (we will be going in and out over the next 3 or 4 days). We saw bison, a MAMA GRIZZLY and her cub :), a crane, and a moose...amazing and exciting! There was a good bit of snow piled up at Yellowstone as well. At the visitor center, we learned about fires in the National Parks and how they help promote new growth. As always, the Park Rangers were helpful and knowledgeable (and excited about their jobs).

We made our way out of the park and stopped for the night in Cody, Wyoming. Benjamin thought we were going to see Pastor Coty (the pastor at our church :). We attended one of their nightly summer rodeos and it did not disappoint! We were cold, but their fifty cents a cup hot cocoa warmed us up! It was a fun night, although a little smelly...

We ended our evening with a fast trip to Wal-Mart. Poor Rebekah and Jonathan only had one sweatshirt each this trip, and after wearing them for a few days, they needed back ups :). So, we hit the clearance racks at Wal-Mart at 10:30 at night!
What did not work: Ummm, internet for me which is why I have been so slow in posting several days.
What worked: Wal-Mart :).
