Happy New Year 2013
Happy New Year! Hopefully, at some point soon, I can post pictures again. Our computer crashed and we are still having issues. So, blogging happens from my iPad, which does not really have photos on it :).
This year, as I did two years ago, I am participating in Beth Moore's Siesta Scripture Memory Team. This means that the 1st and 15th of each month, I will be memorizing a new verse! I will try to post the verses on this blog. I cannot make any promises, but I will try :).
My verse for January 1st is this:
"Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love,
for in you I trust.
Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul."
Psalms 143:8
My spiritual goals this year include continuing to document my thankful list (last year I finally made it to the 1,000 mark :), learn two verses a month, our church is doing the Journible for the book of John, and we are reading through the Bible with the M'Cheyne Reading Plan. These are pretty lofty goals for this homeschooling mama, but I am going to try!
