Day Three

Welcome to Canada!  Today we made it into Niagara Falls and then into Canada.  Sadly, we have really had some stomach issues with four of us, some worse than others.  Rebekah has had it the worst, but has really been a trooper.  We think it is related to a meal that we ate at a restaurant on Sunday night.  Needless to say, I am ready for some home-cooking AND to cook :).  

Niagara Falls was beautiful and so different from what I expected!  The Bridal Veil falls were beautiful.  We bought tickets and received in return some LOVELY sandals and ponchos to wear!  Can you say matching family outfits?!  Ha!  We got soaking wet, but we loved it and had many photo opportunities :).  

After the Canadian Border Agent fussed at me and made me put my phone in my purse (what was that about?) while he was talking to Harvey, we made it into Canada.  Or, as Benjamin called it, "Cananica."  Once we got in, we checked into our hotel.  Fortunately, this is a large suite.  Rebekah and I ended up spending the rest of the afternoon and evening resting while the others walked around and then later got dinner.  We were thankful for a big room and large windows to look out of, since we were stuck inside not feeling well.
